A $50 deposit is required to reserve an appointment and is applied toward the final balance. An appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received and written confirmation is sent by Impact Mobile Detailing NJ.

With at least 24 hours’ notice, the deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment date. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments forfeit the deposit. Any refund required by applicable law will be honored.

Mobile detailing depends on safe working conditions. We may pause or reschedule service because of rain, lightning, extreme temperatures, high winds, or other unsafe conditions. Weather-related rescheduling initiated by us carries no penalty, and the deposit transfers to the new date.

Website prices are starting prices. The final price depends on vehicle size, condition, requested services, and necessary add-ons. Please disclose heavy stains, excessive dirt, pet hair, odors, mold, bodily fluids, pests, or other hazards before arrival. Additional work or charges require customer approval before we proceed. Unsafe or biohazardous conditions may be declined.

Please remove valuables, cash, documents, and loose personal items before service. We are not responsible for items left unsecured in the vehicle. For safety, child seats should be removed by the customer; we do not reinstall or certify child-seat installation.

The customer must provide lawful access to the vehicle and a safe service location with enough working space. Please obtain any required property, workplace, apartment, or association permission. We will confirm before the appointment whether access to water or a grounded electrical outlet is needed for the selected service.

Please identify loose trim, damaged controls, cracked surfaces, peeling or oxidized paint, aftermarket accessories, electrical problems, or other fragile areas. We may photograph the vehicle before service. Detailing cannot repair pre-existing damage, permanent stains, deep scratches, or normal wear.

Service times are estimates and may change because of vehicle condition, weather, access, or travel. The remaining approved balance is due when service is completed. Please inspect the vehicle before the technician leaves whenever possible.

If you notice a concern, contact us within 24 hours with a description and photographs when possible. We will review the concern and, when appropriate, arrange a reasonable correction related to the services purchased.
